To paint with halftone in Photoshop, you can use the "Halftone Pattern" filter to create a halftone effect on your painting. First, create a new layer on top of your painting and fill it with a solid color. Then, go to Filter > Pixelate > Color Halftone and adjust the settings to your liking. This will create a halftone pattern on the layer, which you can then blend with your painting using blending modes and opacity adjustments. You can also experiment with different brush settings and textures to create a halftone effect manually. **
